World-class CNC machines

With a wide range of CNC machines in the Rover series, Biesse offers 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centres. With the CAD/CAM software bSuite and bSolid, you can program your way to a high-quality finish and efficient production.

Many Rover CNC machines are already in operation in Denmark, and at Biesse’s showroom in Italy you can experience the machines and explore their machining capabilities. Whether you work with nesting, milling, drilling or edgebanding.

Edgebanding without visible glue lines

If you want to ensure the right finish and durability on cabinet doors and panels, Biesse edgebanders offer the right solution. You can choose models designed to work with both EVA and PUR adhesives.

The edgebanders are also available with the patented AirForce system, which enables glue-free edgebanding. The system heats the back of the edge band so that it bonds directly to the panel, creating a clean edge with no visible glue line.
