First step towards Scandinavia with acquisition in Norway

As part of the new strategy, Junget has consolidated its sales activities in Norway in a newly established company, Junget Norway. This follows the acquisition of HM Verktøy og Maskin AS – a family-owned company with three employees and many years of experience in sales to the Norwegian woodworking industry. Over the years, HM Verktøy og Maskin AS has built up extensive industry knowledge, making the company a natural and strategically strong fit for Junget.

Hans-Martin Fahre, former owner of HM Verktøy og Maskin AS, will become the new Managing Director of Junget Norway. Going forward, the team will consist of four sales consultants, all with industry experience within sales and service. With this expansion, Junget is taking its first step towards strengthening its presence across Scandinavia.
